Paradigm Homecare Inc. is looking for a Community Marketing Representative who builds real relationships with the healthcare professionals who trust us to care for their patients.

Paradigm Homecare Inc. is a licensed, RN-led home care agency based in Graham, NC (NC License HC7830), with 22+ years of clinical leadership under Director of Nursing Danuwelli Gordon, RN. We serve families across 11 counties in North Carolina — Alamance, Durham, Forsyth, Franklin, Granville, Guilford, Orange, Randolph, Robeson, Vance, and Wake.
The clinical foundation is in place. The care is exceptional. What we need now is the right person to walk through the doors of every hospital, rehab, and senior community that should know our name.

Day-to-Day
Visit discharge planners, social workers, and case managers at hospitals and rehab centers
Build referral partnerships with physicians, hospice teams, and senior living communities
Represent Paradigm at health fairs, community events, and senior resource expos
Distribute educational materials and coordinate lunch-and-learn sessions
Track outreach activity and referral volume with weekly reporting to leadership
Act as liaison between referral sources and the Paradigm intake team

- Understands HIPAA basics and carries themselves appropriately in clinical settings
- Has reliable transportation to cover multiple counties per week
- Tracks their own activity — doesn't wait to be managed
- Cares about what home care actually does for families — not just the commission
